The Chevy Chase Wellness Center L.L.C. does not submit claims to insurance companies. Payment for services at Center is made by the patient at the time of treatment. We accept cash, money order, check (For Dr. Cai’s Patient only ), and Visa or Mastercard.

As you check out after your appointment, you will receive a full statement of services and a receipt for payment. Should you wish to submit a claim to your insurance company, we will provide the forms most often required for submission for reimbursement Should your insurance company request further documentation, we will be happy to provide it for you.

Since every insurance plan is different, We are unable to tell you whether our services will be covered by your insurance. We encourage you to call the customer service department of your insurance company to learn the exact extent of your coverage.
